Can I pick up my order to avoid delivery fee?

In order to keep our customers and products safe we only offer delivery to avoid liabilities.

What day do you deliver and pick up my rentals?

Regular delivery is scheduled between Thursday - Saturday. Dispatch will communicate the week of your event. Regular pickup is scheduled for Monday.

Can I pay my remaining balance in cash?

No, your order must be paid in full via square a week before your event. Delivery drivers do not accept payment.

What is your refund policy?

Any amount paid up to date is non refundable and will remain as credit towards a future event, rentals, and furniture.

Can I hang my own items on your backdrop? 

Our backdrops have hooks and we recommend using fish wire to install your items.

Do you have a venue?

Yes, please schedule a phone appointment (562) 302-0331.

Can I speak to someone on the weekends?

All team members are out delivering and working the events on weekends. Our office will open on Monday. 

What is the time frame for drop off and pick up?

Usually between 10am-2pm

What is the difference between a same day delivery and a regular delivery fee?

Same day delivery is an additional fee to accommodate your venue/church requirements.

Can I add more to my order?

Changes to your order can only be made up until 2 weeks of your event with employee confirmation to confirm availability of items.

What happens if I want to postpone my event? 

We will place your order on “hold status”. You may use credit for any further date if you need to postpone the original booked date. 

Can I leave your rentals outside?

Yes, all our items are weathered.

What is the best way to inquire about a price quote?

Please fill out the “Quote Me” form and a team member will contact you in the order it was received. Keep in mind a quote does not secure your order.

How do I secure my order?

Please call in to confirm we have received a screenshot of your deposit. An official invoice will be emailed to you and will secure you are on the schedule.

When will balloons be delivered?

Balloons are delivered separate then rentals. Balloons are delivered and installed the same day as your event between 9am-2 pm.

When will flowers be delivered?

Flowers are delivered separate then rentals. Flowers are delivered and installed the same day as your event between 9am-2 pm.

Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are non refundable 

What happens if I damage or break a rental including glasses, plates etc.? 

Customer is responsible for any damages, lost or stolen items that have been rented.

What are the differences between your packages?

What is the best way to schedule a phone appointment?
