As Covid-19 continues to spread, The Rustic & Chic Co. will be taking precautionary actions for your scheduled events - we are able to reschedule any booked events if requested, to a future date, if necessary. We understand the current situation and if you need to reschedule, please let us know. Please note we need 2 weeks notice of any changes on your open orders 🚨 if you have any questions please feel free to contact the store Monday to Friday 9 am to 2 pm (626) 522- 0076, we are closed on Saturday and Sunday for deliveries, installations and events.

Attention: If your event is in 30 days or less please call the office to check and confirm availability (626) 522-0076. We can provide you a refund if you place an order for the same weekend and/or if unavailable. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.
